Graduated from Helwan university with Foreign trade major , Sohad has a diversified background in the fields of Contact Center Operations ,  Marketing and Journalism. Sohad started her career in one of the top  Egyptian contact centers Xceed where she managed local and offshore clients , after which she moved to Raya Contact Center being one of the largest contact centers in Egypt and the MENA region as a site manager, where she managed an operation size of 1,200 employees in the operations and supporting function with a  site capacity 1000 seat. Sohad managed clients in the two call centers such as du telecom, etisalat UAE , E- gov, Universal, Nissan, Abou El Fotoh, Dell and Cisco telesales. With more than 10 years' experience in the top two call centers in the MENA region , she moved to BDO Esnad as a Contact Center senior manager , whereby she manages major telecom provider Vodafone locally and offshore along with other major clients such as Ariston , TAQA Arabia , ACE Hardware Stores. Sohad is currently studying her MBA in Edinburgh business school and she is COPC certified registered coordinator since 2011. Other certificates include six sigma orange belt ( AUC) , co-active coaching (CTI), presentation skills( AMCHAM) , stock market and brokerage operation (AUC), business Administration and office management diploma (AUC).
